About Kinsey
Native Florida roots, with 15 years in Panhandle real estate and two decades of long-distance client work before that.
I'm a native Floridian with 15 years in real estate along the Panhandle — from Panama City to Destin, and Panama City Beach, 30A, Freeport, Watersound, and the towns in between. Most of my clients don't live here yet. Some are buying a second home, some a vacation rental or long-term investment, and some are moving their whole life down here.
Before real estate, I spent more than two decades representing manufacturers in the home furnishings industry across multiple U.S. territories and internationally. That work was all long-distance relationships, logistics, and service across time zones — the same habits I use now to guide someone buying a Florida home they haven't stood in yet.
What clients tell me they value is simple: honest advice, clear communication, thoughtful negotiation, and quick answers. I work with clients at their speed and give them all the facts, good or bad. Informed buyers make better decisions, and that's the whole job.
