I'm a native Floridian with 15 years in real estate along the Panhandle — Panama City, Panama City Beach, 30A, Destin, Freeport, Watersound, and the towns in between. Most of my clients don't live here yet. Some are buying a second home, some a vacation rental or long-term investment, and some are relocating their whole life.

Before real estate, I spent more than two decades representing manufacturers in the home furnishings industry across multiple U.S. territories and internationally. That career ran on long-distance relationships, logistics, communication, and service across time zones — the same skills I use now to guide buyers purchasing Florida property remotely.
